Delivery Driver
Position Title
Parts Delivery Driver
Position Summary
We are seeking a dependable and organized Parts Delivery Driver to support our service department by delivering parts, materials, paperwork, and supplies to field technicians throughout the day. This position is critical to helping technicians stay productive, organized, and on schedule.
The ideal candidate is punctual, detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and capable of working efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with dispatch to coordinate daily schedules, delivery priorities, and routes
- Deliver parts, materials, and supplies to service technicians throughout the day
- Pick up completed paperwork, invoices, and job-related documents from technicians daily
- Pick up purchase orders (PO’s), parts, and materials from local supply houses and vendors as needed
- Restock technicians with daily paperwork, forms, and company materials
- Maintain communication with dispatchers, and technicians throughout the workday
- Safely load, unload, and transport materials using company vehicles
- Assist with warehouse organization and material staging when not making deliveries
- Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of company vehicles
- Follow all company safety policies and driving regulations
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and follow directions
- Dependable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to lift and carry 50–75 pounds regularly
- Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, or construction materials preferred but not required
Physical Requirements
- Frequent lifting, carrying, bending, and climbing
- Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Ability to safely load and unload materials throughout the workday

- Full-time position
- Monday–Friday
